Boy Kill Boy
Chris Peck (vocals/guitar), Shaz (drums), Pete Carr (keyboards), and Kevin Chase (bass/vocals) are Boy Kill Boy. Founded in 2004, the east London four-piece delivers an crackling, brash but always melodic pop blend that references the Cure, Depeche Mode, Faith No More, and classic Britpop. They spent 2005 honing their craft and releasing the limited-edition single "Suzie" on Fierce Panda only to be quickly swept away by Mercury Records in the UK shortly thereafter. The John Cornfield produced Civilian hit like a bomb in May 2006 and debuted in the UK Album charts at #16. After a nationwide tour BKB played the coveted Radio 1 stage at Austin's South By South West festival with the Flaming Lips and won our American cousins over. After further US shows supporting the Charlatans and Echo and the Bunnymen, both Boy Kill Boy's American and UK fan base grow in numbers and devotion.
